New technologies can be confusing and complicated, but not here. Here we can help find answers, discuss, and imagine new solutions!
To help help our community thrive we've created this space to report issues, initiate debates, propose ideas, keep up with what's going on or report bugs.
We distinguish four categories of issues:

Do you have any question or need help with the platform?
- First check the Help section, maybe your question is already explained there.
- Register your issue or question. Select the category Help/support request.
- Wait until the Support Desk team reviews and accepts your request.
- The Support team reviews all requests at least once a week, sometimes quicker.
π€Β Do you have a great suggestion for a new feature?
- Register your issue or suggestion. Select the category Suggestion for improvement.
- Wait until the Product Team reviews and accepts the suggestion; as itβs important to be consistent with the rest of the software, comply with the Social Contract, etc. the suggestion can also be created as a debate in the Forum.
- Proposals can receive endorsements, although these are not decisive for a proposal to be included on the roadmap. The endorsements serve as indicators of the interest of the proposal or the need it covers. The comments to the proposals are also enabled, to collectively elaborate the initial idea and bring it to a productive result.
- The Product team reviews all new proposals that have been published in the previous two weeks.
Did you spot a translation issue?
- This site is currently in two languages, and many different people are contributing content, sometimes translated and sometimes not (yet). Be helpful and understanding of each case.
- Sometimes a translation is there but it is imperfect. If you spot serious issues, please register them. Select the category Translation issue.
- Wait until the Support Desk team reviews and accepts your request.
- The Support team reviews all requests at least once a week, sometimes quicker.

- If you experience something unexpected, make sure to try again.
- Register your issue or bug / error. Select the category Bug/error.
